Tristram Stuart delves into the shocking data of wasted food, calling for a more responsible use of global resources.

I've been reading Tristram Stuart's book as part of my secondary research, and already I've found it really helpful and interesting. What's also good is that in his book, he talks about world wide food waste, but also talks about just British which is more relevant to what I want to find out. I don't just want loads of facts based on americas waste.

I found a talk he did for TED. He really makes people think.
